Vinaes organized three days of activities for a delegation of employees of the French Electricity National Company (EDF) at Tong Dau primary school and at Na Phon kindergarten

II - Na Phon

Once built, the nursery was left to dry for three years before being painted with linseed oil. From left to right: Nursery, kitchen in front of the toilet, kindergarten and the unexploded 1954 Dien Bien Phu war bomb turned into a bell. At the end of classl, when the sound echoes throughout the valley, parents plowing in the ditch know it wis time to come home to pick up their children.
